Dog Rose Hedge, also known as Wild Rose, is a fast growing, attractive hedging species that provides seasonal interest, with pretty, fragrant, blush pink flowers in the spring which fade to white followed by large orange and red hips that are a hit with birds.  Because of its rambling habit Rosa canina works very well as part of a species rich, mixed native hedge.

Growth rate: Fast 30-60cm per year

Overall height: Medium up to 5 metres
