Absolute disgusted with the treatment of the owner Gwynne just now when we turned up to our appointment we booked with him to discuss our order. We engaged 3 weeks ago by visiting the shop and then he made a follow up with a visit to our house to detail the requirements. He promised a personal service to spec out and provide multiple areas of planting and was promised a plan. Today, no plan, he didnt even know who we were and even though we had an appointment, he rudely told us he could no longer help. Shame on you, you completely wasted our time and you've lost out on a 10K budget. He could have easily passed us to another colleague which we actually asked for as he clearly not able to cope with his work or provide any customer service. We'll take our business elsewhere!Posted on Google

Cliff Santini316 days agoThis company are quite a breath of fresh air in this 'grab the money and run' world we have created. From the first email to collecting the plants it was flawless. Will, the person that we dealt with was helpful and would not let us pay anything until the planting time was right. He took our specifications produced a clear list of what he could provide. We then collected the 455 plants with associated bamboo and protectors, planted them all the next day and only had 1 casualty that we could see. Looking forward to spring to see what comes up. Overall, really pleased with the service and the quality.Posted on Google

I had to wait most of the day (c4pm) for delivery. However the plants and packaging were perfect.Posted on Google
