Delivery & Returns Information
We offer FREE delivery on all orders when you reach our minimum order threshold. The threshold depends on the size and type of plants you are ordering. Smaller plants are shipped via APC in easy to carry cardboard boxes where larger Root Balled and Pot Grown hedging is dispatched on a Pallet.

We deliver our plants to whole of the England, Scotland, and Wales. There are some conditions for areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands (Postcodes AB, IV, KY, KA, KW, PA, PH, HS, ZE). Please call us before placing your order, we can then provide you with a quote for additional delivery charged imposed on these areas on 01206 804732 or email email@example.com. Unfortunately we are unable to ship plants to Isle of Wight and Isle of Man, please see protected zones below.
Due to regulations set by DEFRA it is not possible to ship hedging plants outside the UK Mainland. The main reason for this to protect Potato crops on the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, France, and the island of Ireland.
We aim to dispatch most plants within 7 days. During busy times it can take up to 14 days to dispatch your order. In times of bad weather please allow 14 days, as most plants will be lifted to order. Once you have ordered you will receive a delivery date confirmation email so you can plan to plant your new arrivals.
During April to October any orders taken for Bare Root and Root Balled plants will be taken as a Pre Order. This entitles you a complete no hassle refund or order change. We take payment to secure stock and dispatch your order as soon as the weather lets us. This is normally 1st week of November. You will receive an email with your delivery date prior to the delivery.
You may return any plants and accessories if your not happy within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact must be made with in 3 days of delivery in order to book a return. This allows us to instruct you on how to look after your plants before sending them back to us.
Please remember the plants are your responsibility until we receive them. The correct packaging must be used in order for the plants to survive the journey back to our nursery. If the plants are not received in a resalable condition we reserve the right to part refund the order.
We can not be held responsible for return delivery costs.
