By ordering and purchasing plants and accessories from Hedging Plants Direct T/A Original Landscape Design
Meanings.
Goods means the plants and accessories the have been supplied by Hedging Plants Direct LTD in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Seller, supplier, we, or us means Hedging Plants Direct LTD trading from Long Road West, Dedham, Colchester, Essex, Co76er
The Client, customer, purchaser, or you, means the person or people who accepts the contract with Hedging Plants Direct
Despatch.
Despatch times depends on whether we have your complete order in stock or not. Funds will not be transferred until we have your order in stock. Normal despatch times are 7-10 days and our courier will deliver your order between Tuesday and Friday. We can offer a timed delivery but this is at an extra cost. We will contact you if, due to weather conditions, your order can not be dispatched.
Collection.
Collection can be made from our nursery which is open 7 days a week ( Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30 & Saturday, Sunday 10:00 to 2:00 ) Please contact us if you wish collect your order. This will insure we have the complete order in stock and prepared for your collection.
Our Delivery Areas
We deliver our plants to most of the UK mainland.
Areas such as the Scottish Highlands (Postcodes AB, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, HS, ZE) can be subject to a surcharge if the total order amount is below £300. If you live in this area please call us before placing your order, for a delivery quote on 01206 804732 or email info@hedgingplantsdirect.co.uk.
Pre Orders
During April to October any orders taken for Bare Root and Root Balled plants will be taken as a Pre Order. This entitles you a complete no hassle refund or order change. We take payment to secure stock and dispatch your order as soon as the weather lets us. This is normally the 1st week of November. You will receive an email with your delivery date prior to the delivery.
Price
Prices are correct at the time of publication, but may be subject to change without notice. All prices include VAT at the current rate, and are quoted in GB pounds sterling.
Claims for damage during delivery.
Once you receive your order please open and inspect it to make sure everything is as should be. If plants are damage or there are shortages please contact us with in 3 days of receipt. We can not be held liable if these conditions are not met due too to many factors beyond our control.
Cancellation and Refunds
Customers are eligible to cancel their order and request a refund only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our nursery. Refunds will include the full amount paid minus any bank or transaction charges incurred by ourselves. These charges are non-refundable and cover the costs associated with processing payments and refunds.
Guarantee
We guarantee that all our plants are fit for purpose, healthy, and in good condition when leaving our nursery. For any reason you are dissatisfied please inform us with in 3 days of receipt. Plants can only be accepted in return if they have been looked after. Dried out or damaged plants will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on returned items if they are not received in good order.
If contact is made outside of 3 days, we can not be held responsible due to too many factors beyond our control. If your bare root hedging fails to come into leaf with in its first growing season we will replace it the following year. Delivery will be charged for refunds. We will not replace plants that have failed due to vandalism, drought, physical or chemical damage, fungal or insect damage, waterlogging, winter-damage and/or poor practice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
